Celebrating the End of 2017

As we prepare to ring in the new year, it’s important to end this year with a bang! Between the After-Christmas sales, New Year’s parties and events, and making meaningful resolutions for 2018, it’s easy to lose focus with everything that’s going on.

I’m here to help give some ideas to make the most of the final days of 2017!

Prepare for the Party

Whether you’re hosting a New Year’s Eve party of your own or going out on the town, you’ll want to make sure you have an outfit that’s just right to ring in the new year. Choose an outfit that will stand out, but also be sure to keep comfort and warmth in mind.

If you’re hosting this year, we can help you prepare for the big celebration! Delicious foods and good company are the best parts of a good New Year’s Eve party, and we have some mouth-watering choices for food and eye-catching serveware that are sure to make the party a hit!

Hooray for New Year’s Day

New Year’s Day tends to be a time to enjoy even more delicious food. Many eat meals that will bring good luck throughout the year, like pork and sauerkraut or black-eyed peas and collared greens. Cook up your New Year’s Day favorites in the right cookware and kitchen electrics!

Bowls of Fun

College fans are ready for the big Bowl games, and it’s important to show school spirit when cheering your team to victory. Choose from a fantastic selection of items you can use to decorate your home, enhance any tailgating event, wear with pride and more!

All of these great items, and much more, are online at shop.crackerbarrel.com. Let’s resolve to end 2017 with a bang and make 2018 the best year yet!

  1. Our Crackerbarrel was already taking the trees and decorations down on the 23rd! We were so disappointed that it was not still decorated to come to festive meals this week!

    1. Hi Wendy,

I’m sorry that the store wasn’t more festive so close to Christmas. Usually by the time it’s Christmas, we are selling out of a lot of the decor items that make Cracker Barrels look so festive.

      1. Thanks for replying. Yes, I know, but trees were bare and ornaments in buckets on clearance. We have been waiting for this Crackerbarrel for a very long time! I wrote to you at least 10 years ago telling you how our area would be a great place, right off I95, easy on and off, very close to the Philadelphia Airport and not another Crackerbarrel within 30minutes. And, you finally came!! We were so excited. It opened in November in Ridley, Pa! Thank you so much for bringing Crackerbarrel to us! It’s funny though, we aren’t used to the new layout of the store yet! I’m thinking of having my 50 th birthday family dinner there on the 31st which is my birthday! I’ll have to check your hours! Thank you so much, and I hope you are bringing white chocolate back this winter!!

        Happy New Year!

      2. Hey Wendy,

I’m so glad that you now have a Cracker Barrel!

You should definitely celebrate your birthday at Cracker Barrel! You’ll get to eat delicious food and then your friends and family will probably follow you around the store and want to buy you the things you pick out. Sounds like an awesome 50th Birthday to me!

        Happy Early Birthday!

      3. Lol…you are funny! I love the faith based things you have in the store. May I ask why Crackerbarrel has such a good selection of these types of items? I was most recently so excited by the bonus songs on Mercy Me’s Lifer CD! It is awesome, I hope you have had a chance to listen to it!
        Take Care,
