Life is busy! Whether you’re juggling a career, taking care of the kids, trying to clean up the house, or just trying to catch your breath from a hectic schedule, it feels like there are never enough hours in the day.
You shouldn’t have to worry about cooking all the time.
But sacrificing quality just because you’re in a rush shouldn’t be something you have to accept.
That’s the reason we decided to offer some grab n’ go options for our guests that want to experience some Cracker Barrel goodness, but don’t have the time to sit and visit with us.
Grab n’ Go options are prepped that morning and sealed up for freshness, then placed in a cooler conveniently located by the checkout for easy access and portability, so you really can “grab n’ go!” When you get home just heat it up and you’ll have amazing food ready to eat in no time.
Guests can pick from a variety of homestyle favorites, including individual lunch and dinner entrees like Chicken Pot Pie, Broccoli Cheddar Chicken, and Meatloaf, and Mashed Potatoes, as well as a family-sized Egg Casserole with Sugar Ham for breakfast.
Country sides are also available, like our famous Hashbrown Casserole, creamy Macaroni n’ Cheese, plus your choice of delicious and savory dips like Pimento Cheese Dip, or even a Pimento Cheese Ball.
For some lighter fare, you can grab a Broccoli Salad or our Honey Pecan Chicken Salad. And if you’re looking for something sweet, grab a Carrot Cake or Strawberry cupcake for yourself, or grab a half dozen for your next event. Or take home our famous Double Chocolate Fudge Coca Cola Cake for a surprise sweet treat for the family.
Grab n’ Go options are currently being tested in select locations in Tennessee, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Mississippi, hoping to expand into more areas for additional testing and feedback very soon.

Grab n’ go options are currently the same at all the testing locations, and we’re excited about the possibility of offering even more options as we continue to test, giving our guests access to delicious, homestyle meals anytime they need them.
