For October, Cracker Barrel is bringing that excitement to the table with Pancake Bloctober, a month-long celebration inspired by one of football’s most iconic moves: the pancake block. Just like a perfect block clears the way for a touchdown, our pancakes are here to make your meal a winning play.
What is Pancake Bloctober?
Bloctober is our way of celebrating football season with the fans who make it special. The rules are simple:
- Bring in a ticket stub from any October football game — local, college, or pro.
- Or, wear your team jersey to any Cracker Barrel location.
- When you order any dine-in entrée, you’ll score a FREE side of pancakes.
It’s our way of saying thank you to the fans who show their spirit, whether you’re cheering from the stadium or catching the game with friends at home.
Partnering with Quenton Nelson
To make Pancake Bloctober even bigger, we’ve teamed up with Quenton Nelson, the All-Pro guard for the Indianapolis Colts. Known for his legendary “pancake blocks” on the field, Quenton has built a reputation as one of the toughest, most respected offensive linemen in the game.
But Quenton is more than just a powerhouse on Sundays, he’s a leader in his community, supporting programs that uplift young athletes and strengthen families. That commitment to teamwork, grit, and giving back makes him the perfect partner for Pancake Bloctober. Just as his pancake blocks pave the way for game-changing plays, our pancakes bring people together around the table.

- What to Do: Bring a football ticket stub or wear a team jersey (local, college, or pro).
- Your Reward: A free side of our fluffy buttermilk pancakes, served hot off the griddle, with any dine-in entrée purchase.
